The Thon Hotel in Svolvaer has a Prize-winning breakfast buffet. Our first morning in the hotel, we spent 10 minutes just looking at all the amazing foods, drinks pastries and local specialities on offer. It was amazing!
In Day 2, we were prepared, and could be more intentional about trying out specific new and interesting foods. It was such a treat. Here is a sample of the smorgasbord on offer!
[Note - in Swedish, smorgasbord means charcuterie plate, so above I am using smorgasbord in its American usage!]

In all of your travels, you definitely get to eat well! It's good the tours give you plenty of opportunity to walk off the calories!
